Paslik aeg just jõulukuul tuppa tuua metsast puu. Kuum on töökas telefon, tõmbad küll traati – kinni toon! Kaugel kaigub kellahääl, vaikus hiilib tiigijääl, päkapikud külla teel, sigin ja sagin kestab veel. Kui jõuluviisi algab koor, laulab vana, laulab noor. Näe, aknast piilub üks imeloom – see põhjapõdra punakoon. ‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑ Jõulukaardid rändavad, pai laps neid ohtralt saab. Lumememmed‑taadid reas on ukse ees ja õue peal. Tühjaks jäävad kõnniteed, kõik kodus enne ööd, kuskil tormab veel viimne saan, täis lund on linna panoraam... On taevas täht, mis loitma lööb, rahu, arm, rõõmuöö, käes jõuluaeg ja nõnda me teile taas häid pühi soovime!
